PURCHASE
When we receive an order, an automatic confirmation is sent to the registered email address.
You can cancel an order at no cost until it has been shipped. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
PRICES
Prices shown do not include shipping. All prices are shown in Swedish kronor and include VAT.
Packaging costs are included in the product and shipping costs.
We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice.
No rights may be derived from inaccuracies in shown prices, dimensions and descriptions.
PRODUCTS
Our pottery products are handmade. Clay is a natural material, variations may occur and we give no guarantee regarding quality or colour. All measurements are approximate. Images in the shop show a representative product; this does not apply to unique items.
SHIPPING
A shipping cost will be added. The shipping cost is subject to change and may occasionally be discounted. You will see the full shipping cost at checkout.
We ship worldwide. For deliveries outside Sweden, you will receive a quote that includes shipping costs.
PAYMENT OPTIONS / PAYMENT TERMS
We use a payment solution called Stripe. Stripe is one of the world's largest, most widely used payment solutions for online shops.
Stripe adheres to the most stringent security requirements in the industry.
Stripe requires no registration, and you pay directly and conveniently with your credit or debit card.
If you pick up your order, you can pay with Swish in our shop.
DELIVERIES
We normally pack and ship orders on Thursdays, but there may be exceptions. In such cases, we contact the customer. Packages are delivered by PostNord or another carrier to a pickup point.
Products in stock are shipped within 7 working days. Products that are not in stock have a delivery time of approximately 8-12 weeks within Sweden. We contact the customer if it will take more time.
In the case of export/import, you, the buyer, must pay any customs duty and import taxes. If you do not, the product will be returned to Betsy Jonker Keramik. You, the buyer, are responsible for all shipping costs and communication with the customs authority.
As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with delivery details and a tracking number so you can track the shipment yourself.
When the parcel arrives at the pickup point you will receive a text message notification. Be sure to enter the correct mobile number to receive text message notification of your delivery.
DAMAGED GOODS
When you receive your goods, it is important to check your order immediately. If you have received a faulty or damaged item, please contact us as soon as possible – no later than 7 days after receipt – by email to betsy@ttorp.se with pictures attached.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Under the Swedish Distance Contracts Act, private customers have a 14-day right of withdrawal. This means that you as a customer have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days after you have received the goods. For the right of withdrawal to apply, you must always collect the goods from your pickup point. You are responsible for returning the item to us unused and undamaged, in its original packaging. When exercising the right of withdrawal, the customer pays for the return shipping.
Personalised orders (e.g. with names) cannot be returned.

RETURNS AND COMPLAINTS
If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal or make a complaint about a damaged or faulty product, please contact us by email for further instructions as soon as possible. Please notify us by email (betsy@ttorp.se) before sending anything. Include the invoice/receipt and photos of the goods you want to return.
For a return, the buyer is responsible for all shipping costs. Only undamaged standard products are accepted for return.
Returns can be made within 14 days from the date of delivery. When the product arrives at Betsy Jonker Keramik in perfect condition, a refund will be made.
Betsy Jonker Keramik will, of course, pay the return shipping in the event of a complaint about a production defect.
In the event of a dispute, we always follow the recommendation of the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN).
REFUNDS
The amount will be refunded as soon as possible after we have received and accepted the return.
UNCLAIMED PACKAGE
When your package arrives at the pickup point, you will be notified by email or text message. As a customer, you are responsible for ensuring that the mobile number, address and email address you provide are correct.
If you do not collect your package, you will be charged an administrative fee of 300 SEK.
